Advanced Disposal
Advanced Disposal is $1-2 billion dollar company with 6,000 employees. Since taking on their main social media account, Facebook, I was able to create their content and increase their presence online while effectively providing customer service to consumers.
During my time at Advanced Disposal, I:

Increased their followers from 11,853 to 13,158.

Increased response rate from 80% to 95%.

Increased the page likes 11,733 to 12,933.
I've generated multiple social media campaigns for the company. On March 13, 2019, my Good Samaritan post generated the most user response as well as a local news story in Rochester, MN (see video below.)


JAXUSA Partnership/ Find Your JAX
Find Your JAX is JAXUSA Partnership's talent attraction initiative that focused on the primary audience of young professionals who live outside the Jacksonville region that are thinking of moving.
During my tenure of growing the Find Your JAX brand I:

Kickstarted and strategized the brand's Instagram account steadily growing the audience to more than 400 followers in less than five months.

Created consistent user reach and engagement through brand voice and daily content via Facebook.

Monitored the digital advertising campaign from March to July 2020 which grew the company's Facebook page by 70 followers.
Videography
Advanced Disposal Recruitment Videos- To promote efforts on the internal and external front, Advanced Disposal allowed me to run and set up a recruitment video to highlight the companies needs for more Drivers and Heavy Duty Mechanics, highlighted in the two separate videos to the right. Coordination, time, place, and the filming process were all my duties with the help and guidance of my MarCom team and the VP of People Services. These videos have been used company-wide and also by the recruitment teams ADS uses such as ADP.
